Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 5:22 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania medical device company on Tuesday sued C.R. Bard Inc. in New Jersey federal court in hopes of invalidating patent claims covering vascular equipment used to deliver medication, saying the patent application lacked sufficient detail.
