CEO Support Could Be Tipping Point For Cybersecurity Law

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 10:14 PM EST) -- A report released Wednesday indicating Fortune 500 companies' support for cybersecurity rules, coupled with a recent push by senators to make data protection a priority in 2013, leaves attorneys optimistic that comprehensive legislation to guard against attacks could be in place by the end of the year.
