Arbitration Pacts No Bar To Joining OT Action, Judge Says

Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 2:21 PM EST) -- Citi Trends Inc. store managers who signed arbitration agreements with the clothing retailer will still be allowed to join a pending overtime collective action, an Alabama federal judge said Wednesday in a ruling granting conditional certification. 

U.S. District Judge Karen Owen Bowdre granted a bid for conditional certification from plaintiffs Fannie Thrash and Mary Billingsley.
