Interlocutory Appeals Barred Mid-Arbitration: Ill. Court

Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 7:21 PM EST) -- In a decision of first impression, an Illinois appeals court considering an insurance coverage dispute determined Tuesday that rulings in arbitration are not subject to interlocutory review while that arbitration is ongoing.
