Jackson Partners, Energy Co. MEG End Ownership Stake Row

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 1:20 PM EST) -- Jackson Partners LLC and McClinton Energy Group told a Texas federal judge Thursday that they had agreed to settle their dispute over whether the oilfield servicer had agreed to give the private equity firm a 5 percent stake in exchange for its help with financing.
