Applied Signal Worker Not Fired For Being Male: Calif. Court

Law360, Los Angeles (January 25, 2013, 6:26 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Thursday affirmed the dismissal of an Applied Signal Technology Inc. employee's suit alleging he was fired for being male, finding there was no evidence to support his discrimination claim.
