Ericsson Targeted In ITC Over Wireless Network Patent

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 1:56 PM EST) -- Technology licensing company Adaptix Inc. lodged a complaint Thursday with the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging Ericsson Inc. is importing wireless communication base stations into the U.S. that infringe an Adaptix patent covering broadband network technology.
