Subway Targeted In 4th Suit Over Footlong Sandwiches

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 7:09 PM EST) -- Subway Sandwich Shops Inc. was hit Thursday with a proposed class action in Pennsylvania state court over its so-called footlong sandwiches, the fourth lawsuit within a week accusing the company of defrauding customers by selling subs that don’t measure 12 inches.
