NLRB Chair Vows Business As Usual Despite DC Circ. Ruling

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 6:50 PM EST) -- The chairman of the National Labor Relations Board said Friday that the board would continue to issue decisions despite a D.C. Circuit ruling holding the recess appointments of three board members invalid, which would mean the board lacks the quorum it needs to act.
