J. Crew Says Designer Lifted Trade Secrets For New Gig

Crew Group Inc. on Thursday sued one of its former top designers in New York state court, alleging that when the designer left the company to work for a direct competitor, he took certain trade secrets and other confidential business information for use at his new job.
