Indicted Texas DA Objects To Moving Racketeering Trial

Law360, Houston (January 28, 2013, 10:21 PM EST) -- A former South Texas district attorney accused of accepting bribes from criminal defendants in exchange for more favorable prosecutions asked a federal judge Friday to deny a request by his law partner, a co-defendant, to move the case outside of Brownsville.
