Insurer Wins Row In 11th Circ. Over Failed Ga. Development

Law360, New York (January 28, 2013, 5:04 PM EST) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Monday upheld a win by First American Title Insurance Co. in a coverage dispute over losses from a planned development in Georgia that fell apart after the investors could not secure a right of access to the site.
