Telecom Equipment Co. Can't DQ Firm From Patent Case

Law360, Miami (January 28, 2013, 9:07 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge on Monday refused to disqualify Brandywine Communications Technologies LLC's counsel in its patent suit against CenturyTel Broadband Services LLC, ruling the firm's relationship with a CenturyTel supplier's counsel did not preclude it from representing Brandywine.
