Camico Can't Get Legal Docs In Coverage Row, Judge Says

Law360, New York (January 28, 2013, 7:59 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday said attorney-client privilege bars Camico Mutual Insurance Co. from compelling accounting firm Heffler Radetich & Saitta LLP to reveal law firm documents in coverage liability litigation over a criminal $40 million scheme to defraud class action settlement funds.
