Greed Behind Bid To Yank $5M Deal, Highmark Says

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 5:59 PM EST) -- Health insurer Highmark Inc. urged a Pennsylvania federal judge Monday to reject a bid to withdraw a $4.8 million proposed settlement in a putative antitrust class action and disqualify the law firm of Del Sole Cavanagh & Stroyd, accusing the opposing counsel of greed and dishonesty.
