DOL Cracking Down On Break Space For Nursing Moms

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 8:00 PM EST) -- The majority of employers breaching the breastfeeding provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act failed to provide space for nursing moms, according to U.S. Department of Labor statistics released Monday by Fisher & Phillips LLP, a finding that serves as a warning that companies need to anticipate their obligations to new mothers.
