Apple Secures Trademark On Layout Of Retail Stores

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 9:17 PM EST) -- The U.S Patent and Trademark Office last week issued a trademark registration to Apple Inc. covering the layout of its retail stores, approving an application that suggests the company is wary of other retailers copying the spare look of its successful chain.
