Whistleblower Cases On The Rise, OSHA Stats Show

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 8:34 PM EST) -- Recently released statistics from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration show whistleblower claims are surging, a fact that underscores the need for employers to be prepared for would-be whistleblowers and have procedures in place to handle complaints internally, lawyers said Tuesday.
