ACA Wellness Program Rules Too Soft, US Chamber Says

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 6:03 PM EST) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is pushing back on the U.S. Department of Labor's proposed rules for employer-sponsored wellness programs under the Affordable Care Act, arguing in comments Friday that the rules are so accommodating to employees, they will render wellness programs ineffective.
