No Damages Against Debevoise In Malpractice Suit: NY Court

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 8:01 PM EST) -- The New York Supreme Court on Tuesday affirmed the dismissal of a legal malpractice claim brought against Debevoise & Plimpton LLP by a green forestry company that said the firm cost it $55 million after botching its contract fight with Pan American Energy LLC.
