Dolby Wins Round In Monster Headphone Trademark Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (January 29, 2013, 9:56 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday threw out key claims by Monster Inc. in an ongoing trademark dispute with rival entertainment technology company Dolby Laboratories Licensing Corp., finding that Monster couldn’t show that Dolby had abandoned its headphone trademark.
