Massive Class Certified In Waste Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 2:36 PM EST) -- An Indiana federal judge granted class certification on Tuesday to a group of 1,700 Indiana residents who have sued the owners of a nearby wood recycling plant, claiming that dangerous air emissions from waste processing at the facility have harmed their health and the environment.
