Terna Wants Fight Over Obama-Blocked Wind Farm Deal In NY

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 5:53 PM EST) -- Terna Energy USA Holding Corp. on Tuesday hit back at Chinese-owned Ralls Corp.’s bid to void a wind farm project purchase agreement previously blocked by the U.S. on national security grounds, telling a Washington federal judge that the terms of the deal require any dispute to be decided by a New York court.
