More Nontraded REITs Skipping IPOs, Merging To Go Public

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 8:27 PM EST) -- Investor appetite for stable assets and returns is continuing to boost demand for real estate investment trusts to list on the public market, but attorneys predict that more and more non-exchange-traded REITs may skip the initial public offering and list through mergers with public REITs.
