Ex-Saints Player Can't Kick Coach's Securities Claims

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 4:10 PM EST) -- A former New Orleans Saints snapper accused of drawing others into an investment scheme involving fake film tax credits waited too long to try to dismiss claims brought by a Kansas City Chiefs defensive coach, a Louisiana judge ruled Wednesday.
