Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 1:19 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday shot down Bell Helicopter Textron Inc.'s bid to block an aircraft repair company from selling a fuselage repair fixture, saying Bell had not sufficiently backed its claims in its contract breach suit that certain components of the equipment were trade secrets.
