Stryker Hip Implant Litigation Consolidated In Bergen County

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 3:54 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court approved consolidating as multicounty litigation approximately 50 suits filed by plaintiffs alleging defective hip implants manufactured by a unit of Stryker Corp. caused them to undergo painful invasive surgery, according to a court notice posted Wednesday.
