Fla. Supreme Court OKs Changes To Atty Advertising Rules

Law360, Miami (January 31, 2013, 7:01 PM EST) -- The Florida Supreme Court, in a split decision Thursday, approved major changes to state attorney advertising rules, proposed by the Florida Bar Association, with a focus “primarily on preventing the dissemination of misleading and unduly manipulative information.”
