Victoria's Secret Defends 'Dream Angels' Mark In 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 4:35 PM EST) -- Victoria's Secret Stores Brand Management Inc. told the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday that a grooming products company could not challenge its registered “Dream Angels” mark because that company had not used its similar but unregistered “Angel Dreams” mark for years when it sued the lingerie retailer.
