8th Circ. Lets Hartford Escape Roof Damage Insurance Suit

Law360, New York (February 1, 2013, 3:05 PM EST) -- The Eighth Circuit ruled Thursday that Hartford Fire Insurance Co. does not need to pay a construction company for roof damage caused by its subcontractors, finding that a faulty workmanship exclusion in the company's policy frees the insurer from responsibility.
