Chevron, FedEx Investors Want Full Trial On Forum Bylaws

Law360, Wilmington (February 1, 2013, 9:16 PM EST) -- Shareholders challenging bylaws of FedEx Corp. and Chevron Corp. that limit investors to litigating corporate disputes in Delaware said Thursday the case demands a trial on a full factual record and cannot be decided simply as a matter of law.
