Network Securities Co. Can't Duck Trade Secrets Case

Law360, San Francisco (February 1, 2013, 4:09 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Thursday refused to dismiss claims that Palo Alto Networks Inc. stole trade secrets from a rival firewall technology inventor, saying the inventor had sufficiently alleged the information was protected when the company used it to apply for a competing patent.
