Philly Sues Workers Union Over Deadlocked Contract Talks

Law360, New York (February 1, 2013, 7:31 PM EST) -- The city of Philadelphia filed suit Friday asking a Pennsylvania state court to declare that it has a right to implement a final-offer contract with the labor union representing the city’s blue-collar employees following four years of negotiations that have since deadlocked.
