Ariz. AG Challenges EPA's Haze Plan In 9th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (February 4, 2013, 6:09 PM EST) -- Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne, on behalf of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, urged the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to review and overturn the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s plan to impose new haze restrictions that could cost ADEQ up to $1 billion.
