Century Must Pay For Electric Co.'s Defense In Cleanup Row

Law360, New York (February 5, 2013, 2:11 PM EST) -- A New York judge on Friday found that Century Indemnity Co. has a duty to defend Narragansett Electric Co. in an environmental lawsuit over the cleanup of gas byproduct wastes released during excavation at a Massachusetts landfill.
