Google Wants High Court's Take On Induced Infringement

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 7:48 PM EST) -- Google Inc. and others on Friday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review the Federal Circuit’s ruling that a party can be held liable for induced infringement if it performs some steps of a patent and induces others to perform the rest, arguing that the decision runs afoul of the Patent Act.
