Weil Loses Bankruptcy Co-Head To Dewey

Law360 (November 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The co-head of Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP’s restructuring practice has bid farewell to the firm to take charge of a new business solutions and governance team at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP.

Martin J. Bienenstock, Weil Gotshal’s bankruptcy partner renowned for steering Enron Corp. through its massive Chapter 11 case, will head up Dewey’s governance practice and become a member of the New York firm’s executive committee.
