Fisker Wants Up To $100M Coverage For Sandy-Damaged Cars

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 3:30 PM EST) -- Fisker Automotive Inc. on Thursday attacked an insurer's claim that it would have to pay $5 million, if anything, to cover Superstorm Sandy's destruction of hybrid electric cars worth $32 million, telling a New York court that a $100 million policy limit applies.
