Fed. Circ. Won't Let Apple Skip Panel In Injunction Appeal

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 9:11 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday rejected Apple Inc.'s request for the full court to hear its appeal of a denied permanent injunction on several Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. smartphones found by a jury to infringe Apple’s patents, telling Apple to make its case to a panel of the court first.
