Judge OKs DRAM Judgment-Sharing Deal

Law360, New York (November 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has shot down a bid by the California attorney general to void a judgment-sharing agreement between dynamic random access memory manufacturers in an ongoing antitrust multidistrict litigation case after finding that the provisions of the deal are in line with public policy.
