6th Circ. Axes Prisonless Sentences In Goodyear IP Theft

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 10:55 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Monday affirmed the convictions of two Wyko Tire Technology Inc. engineers prosecutors said stole trade secrets from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. but tossed their sentences, saying the lower court insufficiently explained why it didn't impose prison time on the pair.
