Parties Seek Dismissal Of Suit Over Windows XP

Law360, New York (November 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An individual patent holder of interface technology and Microsoft Corp. have dropped claims against one another in the patent holder’s infringement suit over the software giant’s Windows XP operating system.

Peter Sklar and Microsoft asked the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas to dismiss their allegations with prejudice on Thursday.
