Boeing Says Partners Owe $350M Over Bankrupt Satellite Co.

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 10:04 PM EST) -- The Boeing Co. hit its Russian and Ukrainian Sea Launch LLC joint venture partners with a lawsuit Friday accusing them of skipping out on more than $350 million they are allegedly on the hook for over the failure of a commercial satellite launching company that went bankrupt in 2009.
