Abbott Suffers Blows In Cordis Stent Feud

Law360 (November 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a setback for Abbott Laboratories, a federal judge has intercepted the medical device maker’s attempt to add allegations to its claims against Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Cordis Corp. and punted two related actions in a wide-ranging showdown over drug-eluting coronary stent patents.
