JPMorgan Asks 6th Circ. To Back Class Waiver In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 8:34 PM EST) -- JPMorgan Chase Bank NA on Friday urged the Sixth Circuit to enforce a class arbitration waiver in an antitrust case over auto loan fees, saying a Second Circuit decision that invalidated an American Express Co. arbitration agreement with a similar waiver didn't apply to this case.
