FTC's Rosch Returns To Latham's Antitrust Group

Law360, New York (February 5, 2013, 7:37 PM EST) -- After spending seven years at the Federal Trade Commission, former Commissioner J. Thomas Rosch has returned to Latham & Watkins LLP to focus on antitrust, consumer protection and privacy issues in the U.S. and abroad, the firm said Tuesday.

Rosch went back to the firm in late January after Joshua Wright was confirmed to replace him, and so far the return to private practice has been going "fantastically well," Rosch told Law360.
