Pot Clinic Bans Violate State Law, Calif. High Court Told

Law360, San Francisco (February 5, 2013, 6:35 PM EST) -- California cities that ban medical marijuana dispensaries are violating state laws that allow the clinics to operate, a dispensary told the state Supreme Court on Tuesday in a case that could decide the fate of similar bans in 200 municipalities statewide.
