DOJ Urges 9th Circ. To Back AUO Price-Fixing Convictions

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 5:45 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice urged the Ninth Circuit on Friday to uphold the price-fixing convictions of AU Optronics Corp. and two of its executives, cautioning that the electronics makers' appeal underestimated the reach of U.S. antitrust law.
