Donors Hit Former 'Ground Zero' Imam With $25M Fraud Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 5, 2013, 10:09 PM EST) -- The former head of a proposed mosque near the location of the Sept. 11, 2011, attacks in New York was hit with a $25 million fraud suit in state court Tuesday by donors who say he misappropriated millions of dollars in education funding for his own lavish lifestyle.
