NLRB Appointee Ruling May Close Book On Grad Asst. Unions

Circuit's bombshell ruling last month that the appointments of three National Labor Relations Board members were invalid may thwart efforts to overturn a Bush-era labor board decision that said graduate assistants couldn't unionize, lawyers say.
